Salary range: $85,000-$225,000 DOE

Who we’re looking for and what your responsibilities will be

Join Lucid Circuit and help develop aerospace-focused, cognitive edge-resilient processors and tools. As a member of the hardware microelectronics team, you will be responsible for supporting analog and digital integration as well as incorporating and providing feedback on hardware changes to improve the physical design. You should have proven experience in high performance, lower power digital design. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with RISC-V SoC design and physical implementation, both commercial and academic RTL to GDS. You will collaborate with and support other team members responsible for IP integration and verification as well as preparing the design for fabrication.

Required Key Qualifications:

  • PhD or MS with 4+ years work experience in electrical and computer engineering
  • Experience in chisel and chipyard academic tooling is preferred
  • Ability to excel as an individual performer in an advanced R&D environment
  • Excellent communication skills oral and written

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

  • Proficient with EDA tools
  • Highly desired laboratory validation of chip design
